研究方向

      研究方向着重于病原细菌的致病因子及其与宿主细胞天然免疫系统的相互作用。目前研究团队结合无机生物化学,微生物学,免疫学等学科技术手段,运用类器官感染模型,研究幽门螺旋杆菌利用胆固醇糖基转移酶(cholesteryl glycosyltransferase, CGT) 操控宿主细胞的脂类代谢,从而阻断I型干扰素通路的机制。另外研究革兰氏阴性菌的关键代谢中间产物如何调节宿主细胞天然免疫系统,影响肠道上皮稳态,探索其在炎症性肠道疾病(Inflammatory bowel disease, IBD)中扮演的角色。
