学历和工作经历

      金红军,分子影像中心研究员,博士生导师。1990至1994年在兰州大学放射化学专业学习,获理学学士学位;1994至1997年在北京中医药大学中医临床专业学习,获医学学士学位;1997年起在北京吉比爱生物技术公司任酶联检测研助;1999年10月在美国Louisville大学医学院Bhatnagar教授组任研助;2000年10月在美国Iowa大学放射病理与口腔肿瘤系Kurago教授组任研助;2002年8月获全奖资助在美国Texas A&M大学学习,2007年12月获生化专业博士学位。2008至2012年在美国PNNL国家实验室Zangar教授组接受分子标志物博后训练;2012年3月起在美国St. Louis华盛顿大学放射系Tu教授组接受分子影像博后训练,2013年起任该研究所放射医学讲师。2017年10月份起全职加入中山大学附属第五医院。首次完成了多个PET正电子药物的设计、研发以及临床转化,比如18F/11C标记的σ1受体、乙酰胆碱囊泡转运体(VAChT)、α-突触蛋白、PDE10A酶,S1PR1/2受体和P2X7受体的小分子探针。同时研发了68Ga/64Cu/89Zr标记的抗体或者多肽生物大分子的分子探针。其中VAChT探针18F-VAT已在华盛顿大学获FDA许可开展人体临床实验(eIND #125,627)。主持或者参与了共计14项科研基金项目,发表学术论文60余篇,授权国内外专利7项。主要学术兼职:中国核学会放射药物分会理事;广东省药学会核药专委会副主委;广东省核学会核药学分会副主委;广东省放射医学分会分子影像学组组长;中国药理学杂志 (Acta Pharmacologica Sina)、BMC Biomedical Imaging 评委等。
